ATTENTION 5TH GRADE STUDENTS/PARENTS
All rising 6th grade students must provide documentation of receiving a Tdap, or tetanus containing immunization, within the last 5 years.  For students going to Bull Run Middle School, this documentation must be on file by August 24, 2011, in order for home room assignments to be mailed before the 2011 -2012 school year. The vast majority of students received a tetanus containing immunization prior to kindergarten, and will need the Tdap booster. For students who turn eleven after the beginning of the school year, documentation from your physician stating your appointment date will be required.

KEEP KIDS HEALTHY

Plan ahead for our next school year.  If  your child has a health treatment plan in the clinic, now may be a good time to get an appointment for summer.  Inhaler and other medications require annual renewal through your physician.  Appointments fill up quickly every August so it is a great idea to call now for a time to see your favoirte doctor.
