For students going to Bull Run Middle School, this documentation must be on file by August 24, 2011, in order for home room assignments to be mailed before the 2011 -2012 school year. The vast majority of students received a tetanus containing immunization prior to kindergarten, and will need the Tdap booster. For students who turn eleven after the beginning of the school year, documentation from your physician stating your appointment date will be required.
